Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Responsibilities • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships • Collaborate with sales and project managers teams to identify and grow opportunities • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors • Prepare reports on account status • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Understand email marketing methodologies and workflows. looking for individuals who have experience preparing non U.S. resident tax returns including, Single member LLC, Multi member LLC, Corporate, and Partnership tax returns. Tax preparer must be professional, have tax season experience, be able to work extended hours, and be compliant with the registration requirements of your home state MUST have tax preparation experience (at least 2-5 years) especially with form 5472, Form 1120, form 1065 and form K1.
